The DiSC is a personality assessment designed to measure how a person responds to different situations and how they deal with conflict, what motives and causes them stress, communicate and solve problems. The DiSC model consists of four main styles: D for Dominance, i for influence, S for Steadiness and C for Conscientious. Everyone is a mixture of all four styles; however, most people tend to fall into one or two main DiSC-style quadrants.
