The purpose of the CliftonStrengths assessment (formerly known as StrengthsFinder) is to discover the best of who we are, as individuals, in our teams, and in organizations.
Talents vs Strengths TALENTS: Our talents are our naturally recurring patterns of thought, feeling, or behavior that can be productively applied. Talents come into existence naturally and cannot be acquired like skills or knowledge. STRENGTHS: Strength is the ability to provide consistent, near-perfect performance in a given activity. Strengths are composed of skills, knowledge and talents.
According to Gallup findings, people who use their talents every day are 1) EIGHT TIMES more likely to be engaged in their jobs. 2) 7.8% more productive 3) Produce 18% more company revenue than their counterparts. 4) 15% less likely to quit their quit job and 5) THREE TIMES more likely to report having an excellent overall quality of life.
