  • I am a solution and results-based leadership coach and career consultant specializing in leadership development and career mobility.

  • My eight years of experience as a practicing coach, 15 years of experience in career training and development, and over five thousand coaching sessions have allowed me to help hundreds of talented professionals add to their toolkit of knowledge and see impactful results by applying proven strategies and techniques. The action steps discussed during our sessions have resulted in their working smarter instead of harder and building high-performing, highly effective teams.
